Seventeen states are shown. Mississippi and Alabama are part of the "Government of Mississippi." Only Ohio has been formed from the Northwest Territory, and its western border is different from today. In Tennessee, Nashville if misspelled as "Nahsville," and in Kentucky we see "Franckfort."
